            As told in the main page, These 112 dharanas or techniques are for seekers only. Shive says, "These 112 dharanas explained above shall not be revealed to all. It should not be revealed to anybody who has not surrendered before his guru and who is not free of doubts. If any disciple comes to the guru, renouncing his parents, relatives, home, village or country, he shall be admitted. It should be explained only to those who are free from mental disturbances.  If one is not a sincere seeker, these are not of any help."

             For other, Shive gives out a simple meditation technique. This technique will bestow riches, worldly pleasures and the super human powers called siddhis.

 

               Shiva says, "Breath moves out with the sound 'Ha' and enters with the sound 'Sa'. Combining both exhale and inhale, the cycle completes as HamSa. This japa of sakthi is easily available to everyone and chanting can be done 21,600 times in day and night. This is difficult only for impure."

            The key point is breathing with awareness. Awareness of normal breath paves way for awareness in everything you do, converting each piece of job to a meditation. But, a word of caution. Don't try a forced breath. If you force a breath for this purpose, it will be time bound and the awareness will be in the force and not in the breath. Hence, try to be aware of your normal breath. 

 

               Let this be your technique and may those riches and sidhis be bestowed on you and make you Blissful;
